I am a stay-at-home mother of two small children (3 and 19 months). We moved into San Palmas for the interim months between selling our house and the completion of the new house we are having built. We chose San Palmas because they were understanding of our situation.

I have been so happy here! I live in the far north-east corner and it has been peaceful. The girls in the office are almost always smiling and are very helpful. I have had a few small maintenance issues and they have been taken care of the same day I called. The maintenance staff is unbelievably friendly and hard working.

I have always found the grounds to be well maintained and attractive - although I admit I have never been in the pool-spa area. I use the fitness center often and am always inmpresed by it. I will miss it sorely when I move!

There is always ample parking and I find my fellow residents to be polite and courteous.

We have other friends and fanily (including my mother-in-law!) that are about to buy new-build homes and I have recommended San Palmas to them without hesitation.
