The service department here at San Palmas Apartments makes every effort to complete service requests accurately and in a timely manner. Our resident satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Our office staff follows up with residents that have made service requests in order to make sure the work was completed and the problem was taken care of to their satisfaction. There are times when a second visit is needed in order to complete a repair or re-diagnose a problem, but these incidents are few. Our service department always strives for customer satisfaction. If something is not repairable it will be replaced without question. We invite and appreciate all feedback from our residents in order for us to provide better service. It is unfortunate, and we do apologize for the inconvenience that this resident experienced a problem, however, we cannot fix something unless we know about it. We rely on our residents to communicate to us any issues they may be having, even if it is a repetitious one. We make every effort to diagnose a problem correctly on the first attempt, however sometimes there are many variables involved in a problem, ones that may not be so obvious. Our resident satisfaction is very important to us, and we will continue to provide the best possible customer service available.
