Neighbors are Great, Management/Maintenence is Horrible!

The Neighbors at San Palmas are great! However, the staff and maintenence reponse time is horrible. The new management company has taken San Palmas from luxary to lousy.
Don't let the office staff fool you into believing that they are accomodating to your every need! The office staff used to be nice and treat you like a person. Now they've hired girls out of high school who talk to you like a parent talks to a child.
