WANTED
Information on who has been vandalizing the pool area, or any other common areas at San Palmas. This will NOT be tolerated and we will catch the person or persons responsible for this! So please pull together as a community and keep your eyes OPEN. Remember, NO GLASS at the pool, NO LOUD music & no defacing of property will be tolerated! Let us know in the office or call directly to the Chandler Police Dep. Immediately at 480-482-4130.
I'm not sure why it is the responsibility of the tenants, who are the ones affected by this, to resolve it or help resolve it. The current management company is responsible for the situation by failure to maintain the same standards that existed prior to their take over. Theses problems did not exist then and should have been avoided.

I thought it was a good idea to put in the newsletter! Since it never happens around here this would be a warning to anyone who thinks they treat San Palmas like a crap place! It is not and I love living here!
