In much agreement with the "Classy now Trashy" review.

Chander is one of the most respectable cities in which to live and San Palmas used to be just like that. Management and staff have changed three times since I've been here and the last reviewer was right on the money when they stated "Trailer Trash". And Lincoln Properties is obviously going in that same direction. With houses coming back down to a reasonable rate and foreclosures becoming the norm, it's no wonder the tenants are moving out of here in droves. Now when you place a repair order weeks go by until you question, then you get a rude, "Well, the work order isn't here so we thought it was done. The gates are locked in the open position often at night, so why should we pay for "gated community" when it's not. They can't even fix the alarm on the pool door which continues to go off for more than a month now. This is certainly now considered a "Renter Beware" property. Before looking at another "Lincoln Property" shop around there is plenty of upscale neighborhoods in which to live. This is no longer one of them. When my lease is up I'm outta here too.
