I've lived here awhile and the other opinions from renters who've been here awhile are right on (one month' get back to us in a year or two please). The complex is nothing like it used to be: the staff changes often, lighting is broken in parts of the complex making it a scary walk to the car in the dark hours of the morning, the appliances are extremely old and crappy, the gate is open half of the time, etc. Is it a terrible place to live' No. It has a great location and nice enough neighbors. But the rent price is too high considering the age and quality of the apartments. Moving costs money, so I won't be moving until I am purchasing a home.... but if I were shopping for a place to live and looking for quality, I'd look elsewhere.
