thats funny the lease that San Palmas uses is a National Apartment Association lease it is a Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act that requires a 30 day notice. It states in the lease that your lease automaticly renews on a month to month basis unless written notice has been received.
Glad to know San Palmas is doing there job.

It's not too funny when you give an apartment manager in-person verbal notice and they don't remind you that you need to provide a 30-day written notice. She intentionally scored an extra months rent at my expense. Nice customer service! I don't feel any less robbed just because it's institutionalized.
