I currently live at San Palmas at Mission Park.Although it has been a fairly nice community there are some problems.
The pool is not continuously heated during the winter season to the 82 degrees that we were told when we moved in.
The tenants have become younger over the last year and we have noticed more damage to the property and mess left around the pool area after parties from these young people that have groups of 10 or more late a night at the pool area.
The groundskeepers are at our windows early mornings using loud weedeaters. Retired tenants may want to sleep later during the week.
The grills are often dirty therefore we are afraid to use them.
At times there have been children in the gym area using the equipment after the office has closed. All of the equipment then must be readjusted before use by adults. At times they are jammed and we are not strong enough to adjust them ourselves and give up in frustration.
It is not the tenants responsibility to go to the office to report these offenders unless there is a notice posted in the gym that anyone seeing children in there should contact the office.
There have been more motorcycles lately allowed on the complex as well as teenagers and loud music that drive fast through the parking lot. These younger people and their frequent guests are loud outside of their apartment. They also take up the parking on the weekends. All guests should be made to park along the walls.
While we enjoy all types of people, we feel younger tenants do not respect other tenants rights to a quiet neighborhood.

This apartment may be a little overpriced but motorcycles save parking spots the music is not loud. The only noise I have ever herd is the occasional moving of furniture from the apartment above me. This apartment is extremely strict about payment dates. I am sorry if this tenant does not agree with this apartment mark taylor reality can not make every nit picking son of a ----- retiree happy!
