Overall the apts are pretty good

We have been living in these apts since 9 months and we have more ve points than -ve
Positive:
Luxury Apts with nice floorplans, Upgraded carpet (like new), lush well-kept grounds, good parking for multiple cars, calm and quiet environment, friendly staff (esp. the manager, Claudia), moderately priced, No Dog Waste in the grounds, very good maintenance staff - fix problems within a day
Negatives:
Old-kitchen appliances, occasionally have seen 1 or 2 cockraoches, no outdoor lighting except in parking lots
