New owners. Used to be very quite and nice place to live. Have moved in ALOT of families with children, even though no playground or facilities for children on site. Noise level has gone way up. Children screaming, crying, slamming doors,parents yelling,etc. Also, houses have been built up against back of complex and noise from there also- (mainly music and partying).

Complex is going condo. Would not rent here.
