This is an overpriced awful apt, you can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom, you can hear everything upstairs and of your neighbors including conversations. and yes they are going condo (Condiments) which is the worst thing they could do not to mention they are WAY overpriced. I mean 200000 to hear your neighbors use the bathroom and to put up with the paper thin walls. Oh we cant forget the wonderful scent of the neighbors cooking yes it really does seep through the vents and your house will smell of whatever they are cooking. Dont forget about all the partiers that live here and party every weekend and better lock your doors or you might just have someone walk in on you (happened to someone here) Kids screaming all night. You almost have NO PRIVACY because of the thin walls here. Long story short, dont move here, there are other places much nicer for the same price and if you are thinking about buying BAD IDEA.
