If you feel like listening in when your neighbors go to their bathroom, then this place is perfect for you.
If you enjoy dealing with a staff who lies and jumps at every opportunity to take advantage of you, and does not care about anything but collecting your rent, then welcome.
If you take delight in paying excessively just for the sake of paying excessively, and don't mind they (try to) raise your rent constantly, then don't hesitate to move in.
If you believe that noise from construction gives you a peaceful mind, then it's heaven.
