The San Tierra looked like a great deal when I moved in about a year ago. However, I recently left, and will never return. The property went "Condo" so there was constant construction. Water was turned off every other week or so. Ceiling leaked and management never did anything about it. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors' every move. Gym was good but was closed for a long time during the construction.
On moveout, management will look for every excuse to nickle and dime the renter to death.
Smart shoppers will look elsewhere.
