Management is completely devoid of honesty. There is no depth they will not sink to in order to get every last penny out of the renter. On move out, they literally invented excuses to extort money out of me.
Consider also the thin walls, loud noise, insect infestations, water always being turned off, total lack of maintenance. This place was overpriced even for apartments; I hope no one is foolish enough to actually consider buying as a condo.
