Water is always being turned off. Crickets and other insects are a serious problem. Thin walls, you here everything, and I do mean everything. Maintenance problems take weeks to be solved.
Since going condo, everything has gotten worse. The new management has no integrity. They care about nothing beyond how much money they can get out of renters.
How any sane person would consider buying one of these apartments is beyond me.
