Can't comment on the previous negative reviewers, because we weren't here during all the changes. We can, however, say that since our move-in last weekend, we are very pleased. The staff has been friendly and quick to respond to the few items we've had for them to correct. Yes, the appliances are older and the subflooring creaks (so sorry, to our neighbor below!), and yes, the single pane windows will likely result in a high energy bill this coming summer. But, these are things we can live with to be in a lovely community near an AWESOME elementary school for our children. Overall, the complex is very attractive and coming to the desert from out of the area, we really appreciate the trees and landscaping. The pool is swimmably warm and the hot tub is nice and toasty--both are marked improvements over our last place. Maybe we're new and gullible, but so far, we're really happy with the choice we made moving to San Tierra!
