Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We have lived there for 3 months but we want out of our contract because our upstairs neighbors have party's twice a week. We can't get out unless we want to pay $1200 I am starting to think its worth the money. I have been looking around and I can rent a house with an extra bedroom for the same price that I am paying to live here. The maintenance is wonderful! I don't care for the front office just because they will not do anything about the upstairs neighbors.
