I have lived in San Tierra for the past 5 months and can honestly say this community is run down and overpriced. The models they will show you are pretty and they make it seem as though all of the units are "close to the same". Couldn't be more untrue! My appliances are so old I cannot even fit dinner plates in my dishwasher! The level of care and maintenance is next to non-existant. I had a huge disastroud leak my first week of living here and couldn't shower in my own apartment for over a week...they basically shrugged and said they would send someone out "soon". Don't waste your time or money!

You are so right. I have been here for 4 months & wish I could afford the buy out to get out of this overpriced dump. I would rather live in the bowels of phoenix then this place.
