The management of this complex is simply awful and they have a big turn over in staff.



They make a great deal of promises when you move in that they fail to keep and later on deny they ever make them.



The apartments are not in the same condition as the models and they won?t let you see your apartment went you leave your deposit.



There is no sound insulation and if you are on the first floor the noise from up above is horrible. I could hear water running in everyone apartments. Unfortunately the people above me worked second shift and would do laundry when they got home so I could hear the washer and drying running in the middle of the night.



One of the things they claim is a security staff that can be paged at any time. Well try doing that because no one ever responds, and they always have an excuse why no one did.



I was unfortunate enough to live across from the pool area. The pool is open 24 hours and people party there to wee hours of the morning. There is an excessive amount of drinking going on and I had even witnessed drunk, nude tenants in the pool. On this particular evening, since security did not respond, I had to call the Chandler Police Dept.



The Front Office reacted by locking the pool at midnight, but people just jumped the fence and went in anyway, because there was no one to stop them.



Maintenance usually takes a couple of days because they are always short staffed.



There was a great deal of theft going on in the parking lot, a lot of cars where broken into. Mine included.



Overall, I would recommend you live elsewhere.
