I just happened to jump on and saw the last guy's review. One thing this person is dead wrong on is the management and maintanence staff. One thing I love about living here at San Ventura (i have been here for 3 years now) is the staff. He says there is a great deal of turnover but that couldn't be further from the truth. Kristen and Chris have been there for almost two years now and Audrey is the sweetest girl and she has been there for a year now. Ben, the super has started around when I first moved in. You couldnt ask for a better staff. It broke my heart to see what that last jerk wrote! Take my word for it, you can always trust these guys.
