I had a great experience living at San Ventura.The ofice staff makes you feel at home. They are also aware of every situation that goes on. I moved from out of town and had no idea about Chandler. The leasing staff gave a great description of the area and any time I have questions about were to eat or go shopping they give great suggestions.

San Ventura had great specials running at the time i moved in, even when I was looking three months in advance they always were really affordable as far as the specials go.

I have lived here for 3 months know and love it more then ever. My neighbors are great as well.

Everyone has there own experience in a complex and I have had before, but i got really lucky this time around.

i would suggest living here.
