I moved to San Ventura from out of state six months ago. The staff was very helpful with our move because of it being an out of state move. The grounds are very well kept up, the pools are well maintained, and maintenance requests are completed very promptly (if not the same day....next day). Parking is right by your apartment with open spaces for a second vehicle or guest parking. Mail delivery is prompt and if you aren't available for fedex and UPS the office staff will hold your packages.

The only complaints that I have is that the complex is not on a busline (Which the staff doesn't tell you beforehand),the closets and kitchen cabinets are not very spacious, and Pet rules are not really enforce strongly enough. To me if you have pet guideline you should enforce them. for example 25 pound pet limit should mean 25 pounds for everyone.

Overall if this complex were on a busline which might happen by 2006 this would be an awesome place to live.
