We have lived here for about two weeks now. The apartments are well thoughtout and well constructed and the staff is generally pleasant, however we have had quite a few issues.......
1. The toilet in the main bathroom flooded all over our floor/carpet twice in the first week.
2. Both electrical outlets in the main bathroom do not work.
3. Several times we have come home to a very strong smell of something electrical burning.
4. There are really really obnoxious, loud children that run around the parking lot unattended at all hours of the day/night.
5. There is no security gate, retaining wall, fence, or anything of the sort separating you from Ray Rd. It doesn't give the greatest feeling of security. My car has already been hit twice. I don't know if this has anything to do with the lack of a gate, but it's still irrirating nonetheless.
6. We can hear our neighbors showering and doing all sorts of other "things" in their bathroom a little too well.
7. The grounds are not well lit. In fact it is quite dark here at night and that makes me feel a little uneasy walking around alone after dark.


The maintenance guy who has come out to see about the issues in our apartment is really awesome, but I think these issues should have been addressed prior to move in. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.
