I just renewed my lease at San Ventura, going on my 3rd year now. Great Location, service staff friendly and gets the issues resolved quickly. I read the last review, it is my understanding that kids are allowed at all properties unless it is a over 55 area. If you don't like kids move to Sun City! The office girls are so friendly, my last party I had in their awesome clubhouse I invited the staff because they act like friends so why not. I love the fact that I can have parties in the Clubhouse. I don't have to join a gym their gym has everything including a tanning station. I highly recommend San Ventura!!

Do you work in the leasing office? Or are you a friend? Every experience has been a hassle Because of the rudeness of the staff in the leasing office.

"thanksforeverything" was one of the leasing agents. Check counter-responses for some of the negative responses and you'll see the evidence.
