We have lived at San Ventura in a two bedroom apartment for the past 3 years.
When we first moved in the place was nice.
since then everything has gone to hell.
The lawn crew starts cutting the grass at 6:00am, so you can't sleep in.
They also butch the trees so bads that all of the flowering bushes no longer have flowers, and many of the trees have died.
There is no playground, so kids run in the streets and hide in the shadows.
The place was sold on the first of May, 2006.
The girls in the office have "suggested" that the place is going condo!!!
They are painting and rehabbing the entire complex, so you can see how much noise and dust is going on every day.
If you sign a lease with this company, and they do go condo after your lease expires, what are you going to do' Move out, or buy the condo.
Not much of a choice if you want to rent or can't buy.
