Lawn crews start very and way too early,
Floors, wall are substandard so you do hear your neighbors.
Lots of noise off of Ray Road, unmuffled motorcycles, trucks, cars etc.
Poor blinds designs
Move in cleaning was just okay
Price is high
Parking not great
Central Phoenix not convienient
The Good...
Phoenix downtown is not convienient
Decent floor plans
Decent neighborhood
Many "far-eastern" foreigners creating a somewhat diverse atmoshphere
Nice architecture, pleasing to the eye, but much like the rest of the Phoenix Valley, not very well planned
