I moved out (not because of the above listed article).
I found the office staff to be rude.
The response time to get problems rectified is insane.
I had two major floods (and several minor ones) while I was there.
The walls are paper thin.
If your neighbors do the wild thing- Expect to hear it (my son heard the girl upstairs on a nightly basis).
If someone shuts the door to hard in the bedrooms- The neighbors will be sure to hear it.
Washer and dryers are shotty and cheap (mine broke several times).
The peeping Tom was not caught in the excersie room and pool area.
Hmm...
If this does'nt deter you-- Good luck! Oh-- lots of vehicle break-ins....
