I, like several other reviewers lived here during several property mangers, and like others, believe that the current "San Ventura" managers to be the worse. I have had a service request in on my leaking dishwasher for around 6 months now and still have not seen my problem resolved. So my advice you to, stay away, especially when you take into account for the outrageously high price.
The front office people are rude, incompetent, and just make a bad situation more unbearable.

I agree with all folks here who are having nightmares under current mgmt about getting the maintenance issues resolved. The day I moved in to my new apt, I gave a long list of problem. Most of them were not even looked at. The dryer in my apt does not work. It has to be switched off manually and would not switch off on its own. So if I leave it on and go out it will run for hours. They come in and say it works and no issue. They never want to come in and see it when I am home so I can never show them. I have written complaints for the dryer & their written responses and if any day it catches fire I am going to make them responsible. The refrig in my apt breaks every two weeks. They come in & tweak something and say it works now. It???s been like this since past 4 months. Due to this I have to throw so much of food many times. It???s pathetic... making us live in sub-standard condition asking for top dollor???

I did save money by picking San Ventura. I think the office staff is awesome they are always willing to help and go the extra mile to assist me. I have lived here two years and they are the best mangement team we've had. The grounds always look wonderful and I love living here.

Maintenence is crap. I had plumbing issues and they had to come back 4 times, (when I wasn't there)to get it fixed. They would leave a note saying..."fixed", or "toilet is flushing normally"...then I would get home, flush and would have to plunge the thing. This went on for weeks. They made me appear to be stupid when I would come back and tell them it's still not flushing. When they say they will be there "today", that means in 2 days. I am not racist in ANY WAY, but the indian population in this complex is around 75%, I guess Intel has a contract with San Ventura. Weird looks are common around here if your not of that particular culture. There are goods and bads, live in the back of the complex if you can...very quiet, plenty of parking. The gates are a pain, the space car's drive up to, to call you.....you is so small, cars have to go up on the curb to squeeze through. Just very over priced for all this!!!
