This apartment complex has been a nightmare from the get go. The management and office help have been horrible. by far the worst I ever had to deal with. they do nothing in a timely or professional manner. they focus on getting new tenants and then throw you on the back burner once you have signed the lease. my recommendation is for you to do your work diligently and see what other options and reviews there are for other apartment complex. These are some of the pricier apartments in the area and provide poor customer service. The secuity gates have been an ongoing issue in regards to when they work. the have not worked longer then thay have worked. The fitness room as pieces of equipment that do not work as well. such as the two bike machines and one of the two treadmills do not work as well. so there is only one treadmill for the entire complex to share. we have had very loud neighbors and interept us in the middle of the night and the apartment refuses to do anything about it. we had to call the chandler police to get the issue resolved. which we discovered that chandler has a noise ordinance against people. The Chanler Police have been wonderful in helping us get the issue resolved. the list for other reasons goes on and on. my recommendation is to stay away. the apprenece is good and the apartments a are beautiful but the rest of the stuff that comes with getting an apartment sucks. i have had much better experiences with apartment complex s.
