MANAGEMENT SUCKS BIG TIME

I live at San Ventura and the management here is the worst i have ever encountered.

It takes forever to get anything fixed and when they do fix it, they fix it incorrectly, at times they make mistakes with potentially harmful consequences.

When you try to address it with management they ignore your phone calls and then when you go in to the office they ask you to leave and say they feel threatened after calling you very insulting names.

I just cannot believe how this company treats their residents, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! except for Scott he is the one nice person that works here.

I can not believe some residents, I have lived here since 2000 and this is the best management team we have had. We went through S &J, then snotty Mark Taylor and finally, we have a management team that really cares about our needs. They try very hard knowing that the residents come first.

I now take back what i said about Scott now as well...it just took me two phone calls and finally a visit to the office to get a rent amount. I called and he said give me five or ten minutes and give me a call back. I call back and he says sorry i will call you right back with that, and hour after that i went in there and had to sit in the office for 20 minutes while he finally got me a rent amount. also i noticed that my water bill had gone up, and i asked why and he explained that we are charged per the size of the apartment regardless of how many occupants. So i am splitting the bill equally with one bedroom apartments that have three occupants although i live alone. it makes no sense how a party of one could use and equal amount of water as a party of three...? now does this seem fair? if my neighbor wants to fill a water bed, wash his truck and bathe a homeless family of eight for charity....yep thats right, we will still be splitting the bill equally. makes no sense for people that want conserve, there is no incentive. In fact its quite the opposite.

I would have to agree with raidersgirl3!!! I think that this person that is writing all this crap is upset that they dont get what they want.As for the management staff I do think they are really nice and they care for there people that live here. time for whoever wrote this to grow up you are not the other person that lives in the complex.

Iâ??m sure what type of living conditions you and RAIDERSGIRL3 are use to living in but these apartments are horrifyingâ?¦. If you really thing your getting what your paying for then your just not use to nice thingsâ?¦ this complex compare their property to a 5 star resort! Which is just crazyâ?¦? Iâ??ve stayed at The Phoenician, JW Marriott, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and many more and have never experienced the type of customer service I received here AFTER the lease was signedâ?¦. The black girl at the office is just past unprofessional and the manager isnâ??t too far behindâ?¦ I recall calling the office since returning calls isnâ??t a part of their fine customer serviceâ?¦ so after an hour of calling the office the manager finally answers just to tell me that she can take my call because she has to shut down the office early to go pick her kid up from day care! I tell you these people have nerves of steel! For them to charge you $800 to $1500 for an apartment you would think the following things would be included 1. REAL WOOD FLOORS AND NOT THE FAKE CRAP THE USE 2. CARPET THAT ISNT HAMMERED DOWN TO THE FLOOR WITH NAILS 3. A GYM FACILITY WHERE THE EQUIPMENT ACTUALLY WORKS 4. A SAFE PLACE FOR YOU TO DISPOSE OF YOUR TRASH WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT SOME IDIOT SPEEDING AROUND THE CORNED HITTING YOU IN THEIR CAR 5. FOR GOODNESS SAKE, SOME FREAKING LIGHTS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE COMPLEXâ?¦ I NEVER SAW A LUXURY APARTMENT WITH NON WORKING LIGHTS I could go on for days about the problems with this place.. But really donâ??t have the time.. I JUST CANâ??T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IT UP SO I CAN MOVE OUT OF THIS DUMPâ?¦.
