I have lived at San Ventura for 1 and 1/2 years and have only enjoyed the complex. It feels like home to me and I don't feel scared or threatened in any way. The office staff they have is incredible. We recently lost the maintenance man which appeared to be detrimental to the complex, however, the office staff did the best they could to make corrections and also run the office. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
