Every thing i have read is all angry people who need to get a house...u all are complaining about normal stuff that happens in an apt! Things break, the office is busy they have 200 plus other people to worry about as well, plus its not thier job to tell u how much ur rent is.

Ummm ur in a lease,(the price wont change) and u get your water bill, if u can add u should know.

Also, nosie' again your in an apt...it will happen! Try being nice to your neighbors and maybe they wont be so loud.

Parking..' There's plenty in back.

Lights' Again if u dont tell the office, how will they know' REALLY, if u dont like it, break ur lease and move out.

Have any of u lived in an apt b4' I am leaving mine cuz i hav a HUGE scorpion problem, my door was kicked in and 2 people have been shot and one died...my office staff is rude and all under the age of 18...please consider this San Ventura a blessing and get some real complaints...

Thanx

The management is not the problem with this place. Management companies all work the same wherever you go. The real problem is with the cheap millionaire owners who want everything run there on the cheap. When a management company is approached to handle a complex, they give a bid for what they think they can get the job done with. When the reality of a crappy, old apartment complex (that hasn't been taken care of over the years because of cheap owners)comes to light with an inability to get things done, the residents suffer. Doesn't matter who is running it. Mark Taylor is no different.

I never said Management was the problem...either i'm misunderstanding u or ur misunderstanding me...I LOVE San Ventura, and the staff, that's why im moving in...i have issues with the place i live now!!!and its not mark taylor, it's people who i think get bonuses for being bratty, rude, and selfish for a sale...again... i love san ventura...xoxox

Right on getsomerealprobs!! I've lived in apartments where my car was broken into once a month. Bums dumpster diving in the middle of the night. Gun shots. Poilce cars and helicopters helicopters in the place EVERY night. Neighbors cars being set on fire. Maintenance steeling out of your own apartment. Come on. And people wanna complain about the lighting at night and the water in the walkways. The property is nice and safe.. plenty of parking.. the girls in the office are so sweet and helpful.. the pools are gorgeous. What is there to complain about. You have it made here.. be thankful.
