I have lived at San Ventura for over 7 years. I love it here! My apartment location is ideal for me and my neighbors are kind and quiet. The one bedroom apartment I live in is full of light with all of the large windows. I have come to call this complex "home". Over the years there have been issues with some of the managment companies that have come and gone with their various maintence crews. Most have been wonderful, some were not very good. The current management staff is knowledgable and friendly.

i'm not sure what complex you are living in but here they continue to water the sidewalks regardless of safety...they refuse to address the lighting issues and i have told them several times. the other day i fell on the wet sidewalk at night and really hurt myself and they still will not address the issue of watering the sidewalks even though it only requires a five dollar part...it is so frustrating considering this issue is regarding their tenants safety.
