We love it here! This place is by far one of the nicest properties in Chandler! The courtyard, pool, and fitness center are awesome! There is even enough open parking for your company! We just moved in and felt compelled to let everyone who checks this site that you won't be sorry you chose San Ventura to live!! It is awesome!

I thought the same thing when i first moved in until i had to deal with the maintenance issues and realized that there is no lighting through all the beautiful landscaping outside, and they water the sidewalks so chances are you trip and fall if you are walking your dog at night. and there is dog poo all over the place, nobody here picks up there dogs poo. give it a little while and you will see exactly what i mean. wait till someone parks in your covered spot, good luck getting them towed. and did you know that you are paying for you neighbors water? if you are in a one bedroom weather you are one person or three people you pay the same amount. your neighbor can wash the swim team in their bath and you get to pay for there water.
