We moved in here and they had to fix our bathroom 3 times due to a leak to the downstairs bathroom. We informed them that our bathroom wall was soft and it looked like mold.. And you know what they did, they came in and patched it up. We are moved out and we thought that we were totally done with this place. We were wrong, they sent us a bill for about $350 in so called repairs to the place. Stating that they are able to restore the carpet and they we have to pay for the cleaning..lol(Keep in mind that we were there for about 2 yrs with a kid). There was no way that you could restore that living room carpet, maybe the bedrooms because they were still in good condition but we spent most of the time in the living room. This is funny also, charging us $20 for cleaning a counter and I know for a fact that I cleaned it.
Plus my boyfriend almost got hit by cars in the parking lot due to people driving in and taking that turn real fast. We could hear the loud music when people were coming in at the gate. The staff didnt care. They had signs to slow down but, never used them.
Like i told my boyfriend.. They wont do anything till someone gets hurt.
So, if you want to save yourself a headache and maybe having mold in your apartment... DONT MOVE HERE.. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Sounds like you left the place a mess and didn't wipe up water when you showered--I live here, and that's the only reason you'd get the "mold" problem you say. Also, there's a huge "Slow-Pedestrian Crossing" sign on the gate as you drive in. Maybe they should wipe your nose for you when you sneeze, too. What babies some people are!

Seems to me that the management is policing the remarks from past tenants or you just don't have nothing better to do with your day, Lucy. I think Hooked on Phonics didn't work for you because if you had read correctly, I said, " they had to fix our bathroom 3 TIMES due to a leak to the downstairs neighbor." That is what caused the mold to start growing on the WALLS not on the floor.. DUH!!!! And when we were living there, there was no "Slow-Pedestrian Crossing" sign present.
