SP,this place will be your prison cell. Your lease will keep you here for as long as you signed unless you have around $2,000.oo to break it. Also miss your rent one day and expect a letter informing you of eviction and fifty dollars late fee ((1st late day)). I have not been late but the staff placed one on my door at there miss take. People have many dogs, and there is dog waste all over the entire apartment comunity everyday. The apartments are cheap inside, look inside the cubbords... More and more unlawful incidents have been happening.. I saw two forensic units in one month. Children running a muck,without parents supervision. Pools are only 5 feet deep, and only one is semi heated. Pools are unclean, and the only one that is semi clean are the front pools for new leasing purposes. The gated community thing.... might as well not have one... People come and go as they please... often waiting right infront of the gate in your way until you press the gate opener... happens to me about 5 cars a day. The community seems to have some drug type activity going on... Also parking is really really tight... If you can live with that then you can live here....

Bitter person--A lot of lies. Too bad he has nothing better to do. Apartments are nice, quiet, parking is really good. Place is fine for the money, and if he doesn't like late fees, he should just pay on time.

Please,she is right!!!!they will jump on your case if you are three dollars short, but when we need something they will take their sweet time to get it fixed for us!!!
