I was very impressed with the people at Sierra Palms. They were so friendly when I came to look at an apartment--The manager even came out to introduce herself and fuss over my baby. Some other places seemed fancier, but boy, their attitude ruined it for me. The apartments are really cute, and were worth what they cost. I highly recommend Sierra Palms--I don't know any reason someone wouldn't love it.
