This place is terrible, and it is getting worse every month that goes by. Parking lot might as well be a junk yard, there are enough doughnuts to feed the Pheonix police department. Dog poo is all over the place. The parklot is a race track, with no stop signs. Watch out for children running all over the place. The land scaping crew works at 5am till noon. Birds begin chirping around 4:30 am, I have never heard birds that loud. People around here look trashy, and obvious drug related crime is going on. Pay no mind to Lucy when she makes a comment she works for seirra palms. How many great comments is the staff going to write for this place' geez

People don't hold a grudge with this place, they are just speaking their mind and the truth. Its unfair for people to claim what is being said to be false. Please read these comments carefully, so you fully understand what the previous renter was saying. I must say if the staff is saying what is being said to be false, well then that just shows how little they care about the renters here.

What a bunch of garbage. This is a very nice place. I heard about this site, and wanted to put my opinion out there, since it is usually just disgruntled people who write these reviews. The good reviews here match my experience. No place is perfect, but Sierra Palms is perfect for me!
