I am totally disapointed in the fact that it is 115 degrees outside and I cant go swimming. what kind of managment chooses to resurface the pool in the middle of summer' Not only that but every day somethingelse is wrong. Today the front pool is a mess!The back gate doesnt open, the carport lights are out all over the property. I wonder what maintenance team is doing here, because when I have a problems it takes a minimum of three days to get a responce. As the tepurature goes down I get more and more heated!

Wow-Did U even call the office? I saw someone from the office last night (who was doing a light check after hours), and found that they had lowered the pool 5 inches to replace loose pool tiles--There was a huge storm the night before, and even then, the pool looked fine to me. I find the maintenance people very friendly and quick. I just think some people are really sad and negative, and that's why everything seems bad to them.
