I never thought that this place could be such a festering -------- when I moved in. I personally have had my car broken into, a stolen vehicle parked in my covered spot, numerous incidents with ------- neighbors that don't speak English, I swear to God its like I'm living in a South Central version of El ------- Paso. The management here is ---- except for Bobbi, I think she's the only helpful one out of the bunch. Neil doesn't give a ----, when I called him about my car being broken into he said, oops, we can't let you out of your lease early because this type of thing happens everywere. Well Neil, being in law enforcement myself, I just so happend to pull Sierra Palms history of the last 2 years, although I won't post the unbelievable number of incidents that have occured on this property, they range from vandalism to car theft and burglery even to homicide, yes Neil maybe you should make a note to the tennants how many homicides and breakins you have had on your property. This place rated about 70% higher on property crimes than any other apartment complex in Ahwatukee, minus Presidio apartments. Maybe you should start screening your tennants a little better there Neil. Everyone that reads this knows why the crime rate on the property is to high they are just all to afraid to say. I'm sick of this place, I'm sick of all the non English speaking people stinking this place up, I'm sick of all the wannabe gangsters on the property and I'm sick of the management. If you don't believe what I write here by all means move in to Sierra Palms, I gaurantee you that you'll be writing one of these posts on here when you move out of the ghetto just like I did.

This person is a racist who doesn't know what they're talking about. Their crime statistics comment is false--A two year search of CHANDLER'S police reports wouldn't show any break-ins to apartments or homicides, I am sure. Car break-ins may happen, but where doesn't that happen? I feel sorry for anyone who thinks it is okay to say the kind of bigotted things "lacey29" posted here and on other reviews. I hope that his libelous remarks will be removed by the Administrators. He does not represent the high quality of neighbors who live here! Good riddance!

"Lacey" is really a man who wears too much cologne and has had the police called to his apartment for noise--I know, I'm his neighbor and had to move because of him. His car got broken into because it's one of those macho cars that's supposed to make up for a tiny you-know-what. I hope his new neighborhood has all kinds of nice --------American and Hispanic neighbors all around him. LOL
