I've lived in Sierra Palms for 5 years. The maintenance staff has always been very responsive (within a day or two for minor issues). The office staff is courteous for the most part. It seems like they are always doing something to keep the community looking nice. Reparing awnings when damaged, repairing gates when broken, they've painted the complex, maintain pools, service parking lots, and I've even noticed that they are putting tile and wood laminate in first floor apartments. Units have ceiling fans in each room (very nice to have), TV mounted in the kitchen, nice appliances that work well. I had an issue with my garbage disposal called them and the next day I had a whole new unit installed.
I receive notifications if there is a stolen car, very rarely happens, they advise tenants to lock up and keep a watchful eye. The complex has frequent activities to engage the commuinty.
Complaints: Not many. Sometimest the landscapers start at 6:30-7:00 AM, WAY too early. Last thing I want to be woken up by is a leaf-blower or hedge trimmer. The units are not very sound proof, I don't mind noise during the day, but I can hear my neighbor watching TV at night when they are in bed. I can hear people talking through the walls, or when my neighbors are using the bathroom while I'm in the bathroom... I can hear it... Ew!
I like it here, because it's comfortable. I can deal with the few negative things. I like the responsive managment team, but also like that they are not nosy and in your business. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
