I just got notices that the new owners are Sierra palms CONDO.. WTF when I signed my lease they said they had no intention of going condo. Now they are, The cost of living has risen 20 % in the past 5 years... If want a decent price for a place to live your going to have to move to either Avondale or AJ. I am very displeased at this decision to go condo. Thiswill cause prices to sky rocket in Ahwatukee so middle class people cannot afford to live in this wonderful section of phoenix.

As for the complex a few things, Back Gate is ALWAYS broken, this is a HUGE security problem!

There's Bird ---- everywhere, I don't mind the small birds but the Pigeons and doves are Out of control.

Theres Dog ---- everywhere as well. This is caused by poor management enforcing local ordnances set forth by the community. I constantly see these Prissy ass chicks with there yippy dogs making a pile and then walk away, If I knew what apartment they lived in or had some sort of Tenant Ticket system I wouldn't hesitate to give them a warning or ticket them, I shouldn't have to watch where I step when walking.

Next The parking situation is ------, Not much they can do now, the cost of a garage is ------- retarded. but eh parking is the least of my worries.

Management is pretty good, when I get package they are good at getting it for me. However no one ever smiles, never, even through the application process the tour the chick was Eh, kind of like I hate my job I hate people type Eh. haven't had any major issues maintence wise since I moved in.

Over all Ok place to live, They lay out is nice, i dont have issues with neighbors being loud, I dont have ppl complain to me about our noise level, but now that's turning condo im very displeased, The rent per square footage is Ideal for my income, once they go condo this will flood the area with ppl looking for a new home and thus causing other complexes to have ridiculous prices and thus forcing ppl to have to resort to lower class undesirable places to live. With Homes at an all time high, and homes at reasonable prices being 50 miles away its very very discouraging as a resident of Maricopa county. With my work office being in Ahwatukee I also find that having to move far away discouraging with gas prices these days. Living 2 miles from work saves me a ton of money in gas.
