I've been here 3 years and can't say enough great things about everyone who works here. They have been so sweet and really go out of their way to help me. I do plan on buying a 2 bedroom condo when they go up for sale. The best part about them going condo is that I think that a lot of the less considerate neighbors (The parents who let their kids run wild and the people who won't pick up after their dogs) will move out. I wish parents would take some responsibility for their kids instead of expecting everyone else to watch them and put up with their rude behavior.
