I do have to agree with some of the negative comments about the residents here--I can't believe how loud and unruly the kids and a lot of adults are here. It's clear they had no upbringing and even less class.
That being said, I love my apartment very much, and am looking forward to buying it when it goes on sale. It's a great location, the floorplan is huge, the pools, exercise room, and landscaping are terrific. The good thing is, as soon as people have to buy their apartments, the (pardon the harsh term) trashy people will have to move away and be someone else's headache. The Office staff is very nice, and I love the maintenance men--They're friendly and funny and do good work.

If you're going to be a nice neighbor, then please buy a condo here--If not, please stay away! LOL
