I moved in before they were sold to become condos, and truthfully, I would have had second thoughts if I'd known, but it hasn't been too bad. There's a lot of renovations going on, but they've been pretty decent about it. The office and maintenance people are great--I've called them to see when things are going to be done, and they've been really good about finding out for me (As much as they know). I've lived a lot of places, and given the great rate I got renewing, I wouldn't move anywhere else! See for yourself, and ignore the bitter comments on this place. They don't speak for the rest of us who like it here!
