Noisy and lots of construction From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I signed a lease here before they decided to go condo. Before the construction began, everything was fine. Since the construction began, our complex has been filled with dirt, noise, and intrusion of workers "needing" to come into our homes. I even came home to a scorpion sitting on my counter after they had dug up the landscaping next to my door. That was months ago, it is still a muddy mess where they dug. Parking has become a nuisance since we only have one assigned covered spots. Nearby uncovered spots have been occupied with piles of dirt for construction. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone, it is a nightmare.
