The apartments are decent...just don't look to closely. Uneven cabinets, moldy tile grout, bad patch jobs on the walls, bugs dried into the paint. Plus the staff here is terribly unresponsive, especially since the condo conversion. I understand that construction needs to occur. But starting at 7:00am' I live with someone who works nights and doesn't get home until 7am. There is always hammering or leaf-blowing or mowing occurring when he is trying to sleep. No response when we tried to compromise with the office. The landlord avoids confrontation at all costs, so don't expect him to quiet any of the 3am parties. And 5 months to renovate the gym' The equipment is finally in...but there are no access cards yet so no one can use it. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
