Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The condo conversion has been handled horribly, with little to no notice for changes. I've had property damaged by the workers. The grounds are a mess, the walls are paper thin and afford no privacy, and the apartment is in horrible condition. I have outlets falling out, appliances that don't work properly, and floors that move under my feet.
