Going condo. They tried to get me to pay almost 200,000 for this piece of crap AS IS!!!! What a &$#%^&* joke. You can buy a house up the road for that amount even less. The inconvienences since the construction started sucks. Complaints go unheard. Apartments are falling apart around us. Mold, Bad Paint Jobs. Now we get a letter on our door from the condo people telling us where we can and cannot park because of their open house. WHAT ABOUT THOSE OF US STILL LIVING HERE PAYING OVERPRICED RENT. There are apartments less than 2 miles up the road that are just as nice and 200 a month cheaper. Oh yeah, don't forget about the roaches, ants, etc.
