I have had a good rental experience with Sierra Palms. The staff has been great. I had to call in a few times for repairs. They responded quickly and effeciently. Although the rental prices could be lower it's overall a good place to live. It is what you make of it. Did I mention that the staff is great!

This echoes my experience completely. I was sorry to see the Office staff change, but maintenance is fast and thorough and my apartment is a great deal. This other response is definitely a negative personality who just wants to discredit the honestly good opinions of Lumiere (and there are lots!).

In response to the negative review from Acidpez, I am not a staff member. I am a renter with a truly positive experience at Sierra Palms now Lumiere Chandler Condos. I have extended my lease two times and have been here for 22 months. The staff is very quick to respond to any issues. The maintenance team are the best. Thanks John and Vince for taking care of all my maintenance issues. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to lease here.
